Some of the programmes conducted by NCRD till date
RTI
- Meeting of Executive Committee Members of Manakosam RTI held in Hyderabad . Was attended by President Mr Sivaramakrishna & General Secretary of Manakosam & Managing Trustee of NCRD Mr Veluvolu Srinivass Rao and other State Leaders
- Initiated a door to door campaign to promote awareness about RTI Act in several colonies of Hyderabad
- Publications and material relating to this information was distributed among common public

About 40 kids in the age range of 5-12 were identified from the Miyapur Slum area and were sent back to government school

They were provided with Uniforms, books and other essential supplies apart from paying their tuition fees
NCRD Sangamitra

NCRD , jointly with Sangamitra Walkers Association in Boduppal, conducted an Environment Awareness Programme. General Public was educated on Environmental friendly Activities which can be adopted on a day to day basis in their daily walk of life

A Rally was taken out with more than 150 volunteers and door to door campaign was conducted to explain to the public on the benefits of conserving nature
Ganesh Chaturthi festival

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi festival, NCRD made and distributed more than 800 environment friendly clay Idols of Lord Ganesh. This programme was taken in collaboration with the GHMC in Hyderabad. On the basis of the support received for this programme and the benefits to the environment, it has been decided that NCRD will distribute 5000 clay Idols of Lord Ganesh in year 2013
Clean & Green
- Rural Education programme on Clean & Green Environment in surrounding rural areas / villages. These programmes are always conducted in collaboration with NSS students from city colleges
- Conduct Medical Camps for Children in Orphanages & Destitutes in Old Age Homes
- "Keep surroundings clean day" in various colonies across Hyderabad & Secunderabad
- Adoption of slum areas & educating people from these areas on self development and “ Go to School “ programmes for the chi children of such areas
In addition, NCRD will take up any activity / programme to improve the life of the common man
